DUTIES  AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Should handle Internal audit score (Average of Fire audit and Internal audit security points.)
• Responsible for Reporting of security and safety equipment defects timely.
• Responsible for Correct bill submission on time every month.
• Responsible for Training & Grooming done as per the manual (soft skill/fire drill, fire training, evacuation, emergency response).
• Should be responsible for reporting of incidents if any.
• Should handle legal compliances and documentations at site.
• Should handle other tasks /duties/responsibilities assigned by reporting manager.


Mandatory Skills and Requirements

To ensure the safety & security of the factory premise of plant, building, machinery
or any kind of company property To assist the security/admin officer in
ensuring the safety & security of human beings, valuable materials
&classified documents pertaining Required Candidate profile.
To efficiently supervision and manage the security personnel his tenure.
To train the security personnel in all security drills and security procedures
laid down in the standing

AREA SALES MANAGER-2 – DELHI

ASM Level, Base in Delhi (2 Candidates)
Preferably from Mattress, Artificial Grass, Nonwoven Carpet, Plastic Mats, PVC Leather, Flooring
Industry.

Job would entail travelling 20-22 days a month.
Looking for Pan India Sales
Should have experience in (distributor) channel sales, aggressive marketing and payment follow ups
required.

Max salary 6-8 lacs per annum (CTC)

• Product Promotion through Influencers (Plumbers & Architect)
• Organizing plumber meets & Plumber Training Programme
• Project Identification & Product Approval
• Conduct market research to identify selling possibilities and evaluate customer needs
• Set up meetings with potential clients and listen to their wishes and concerns.
• Gather feedback from customers or prospects and share with internal teams
•  Achieving Sales Targets & Collection target
•  Co-ordination with After Sales Services Team for per complaint basis technician Registration
•  Dealer Management
•  Prepare & Share reports such as daily visit & Territory Reports
•  Ensure payment collections from dealers as per the set bench mark
